The palate is balanced and frank with a nice balance between substance, density and freshness. The finish is very long with fresh red fruits, licorice, cinnamon and smoky notes. -

Le premier nez est assez discret avec des notes de fruits jaunes caractéristiques d’une belle maturité. A l’agitation le nez prend toute son ampleur et sa dimension révélant une grande complexité de fruits jaunes et blancs. En bouche, le vin est croquant et gourmand avec un très bel équilibre entre onctuosité et fraicheur ; le milieu de bouche est riche avec une belle texture veloutée et sa finale, très longue, met en avant la fraicheur et la complexité aromatique. -

Very nice full entry where the wine develops immediately tasty and melts away, airy and extremely fruity. Long finish. I prefer this style.

Une très belle complexité aromatique. La bouche est tendue avec une attaque franche, puis onctueuse avec une belle matière et une bonne concentration. On retrouve le grand équilibre des Smith Haut Lafitte blanc où la richesse et l’acidité jouent une gamme parfaite alliant élégamment l’onctuosité et la fraicheur finale. Cette finale est très belle, très longue, très fraiche.

AOC Lalande de Pomerol - Red Blend : 85% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon This is a seductive wine with incredible length. The wine is delicate, tasty and caressing. It has a dense garnet colour with purple hues. The intense bouquet combines fruity and spicy notes which then develop into notes of breeding. The attack is fruity. The wine takes on fullness in the middle of the mouth and reveals a structure that gives the 2019 Château La Fleur de Boüard its character. This is a great Pomerol wine that combines charm and vivacity.
