1st Great Classified Growth A of Saint-Emilion. Gérard Perse bought in 1997 and 1998 Pavie, PavisDecesse and La Clusière at the Valette Family. After many constructions, renovation of the vat room, a splendid wine cellar, his first vintage 1998 is a triumph.

Like Ausone, Pavie have an exceptional terroir which produce power wines. In 2012, Château Pavie won the certification 1st Great Classified A, a reward for the work of art.
