Notaris is a wine for ageing that is made like a “Grand Cru”. Dark and dense colour, complex bouquet combining black fruits and spices with a very fine woodiness. The mouth is fleshy and powerful, and develops an intense fruitiness. This exceptional wine can be enjoyed now but will reveal its full complexity after 4 to 8 years of cellaring. Can be kept for 15 to 20 years.
To be decanted young or opened and aerated one hour before serving, at 17°.
