The establishment created by Henning Thoresen, a Norwegian from Oslo, a wine merchant who has always wanted to make the Grands Crus Classés accessible “by the glass”, opened its doors to the public in October 2009. “Just as you wouldn’t buy a car without trying it,” explains Laetitia Jiménez, the manager, “before buying a Grand Cru, you have to have tested it.
