The palate is ample and mellow, the tannins are melted and silky, a very fine substance in short. The finish is beautifully fresh and reminiscent of liquorice. A harmonious and full-bodied wine, with an elegance and complexity that is the image of Château de La Dauphine. -
AOC Lalande de Pomerol - Red Blend : 85% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon This is a seductive wine with incredible length. The wine is delicate, tasty and caressing. It has a dense garnet colour with purple hues. The intense bouquet combines fruity and spicy notes which then develop into notes of breeding. The attack is fruity. The wine takes on fullness in the middle of the mouth and reveals a structure that gives the 2019 Château La Fleur de Boüard its character. This is a great Pomerol wine that combines charm and vivacity. -

The texture is smooth and tight, slightly spicy. The tannins are present but the mouth is silky and the finish is long and tense.

Au nez Fonbadet 2018 exprime des arômes intenses de cassis, de cerises noires entremêlés de notes plus florales comme la violette mais aussi finement torréfiées de pain grillé et d’épices. Le nez est intense et rafraichissant, il mêle des fragrances de fruits frais (fraises puis mûres, myrtilles) à de délicates notes épicées. En bouche on retrouve une attaque délicate et souple, une bouche qui séduit tant par la finesse de ses tannins que son onctuosité et sa précision. Persistante, la finale exhale de savoureuses notes fruitées. -
