AOC Pessac-Léognan - Blanc Grands Crus Classés des Graves Elevage : 10 mois en barriques ou foudres de chêne français Assemblage : 65% Sauvignon, 35% SémillonBien que précoce et contraint par la pandémie du Covid, le millésime 2020 n’a pourtant pas présenté de difficulté majeure, la qualité des raisins très saine et l’échelonnement des maturités ont permis une récolte optimale. Le 2020 étonne par sa fraicheur et sa vivacité. Le boisé est fondu, laissant la part belle aux arômes juteux de fruits blancs (poire, pêche…). La finale est divine. -

Un vin très tactile, plus sur l'acidité fine que sur une liqueur, et pourtant plus musclé que d'habitude. Bel équilibre. Dégustation avril 2016. -
