Appellation: Bordeaux Blanc sec boisé, Sélection parcellaire – les Acacias Millésime: 2022 Terroir: Argilo-calcaire, parcelle des Acacias, coteau de Pédoyant, Rions Encépagement: 100% Sémillon Age moyen des vignes: 35 ans Vinification & élevage: La fermentation alcoolique a lieu en barrique neuve. Nous sélectionnons avec soin des barriques avec des chauffes peu marquées. Le vin est resté en barriques de septembre à fin mars en étant bâtonné régulièrement puis il a été filtré et mis en bouteille. L’alcool: 12,5% Température de dégustation: 10-12°C Conseil de garde: Ce vin peut être conservé pendant 4 à 5 ans. Commentaire de dégustation: Ce vin atypique révèle le cépage Sémillon. Le bouquet est riche en parfums d’agrumes et de fleurs blanches sur un fond grillé et fumé issu de l’élevage en fût. Le bois est parfaitement maîtrisé dans une bouche ample et soyeuse, réhaussée par une fraîcheur minérale et fruitée. Accord Mets&Vins: Se marie parfaitement avec les viandes blanches et les poissons en sauce. The bouquet is rich in scents of citrus and white flowers on a toasted and smoky background from barrel aging. Issu d’un assemblage avec un pourcentage significatif de Muscadelle qui donne à ce vin richesse et persistance aromatique avec beaucoup d’élégance. Un agréable bouquet de peau de pêche avec des notes d'ananas et de nectarines. Harmonieux et arrondi avec une texture soyeuse, un bel équilibre et une longue finale fruitée au goût de pêche. A pleasant bouquet of peach skin with notes of pineapple and nectarines. Harmonious and rounded with a silky texture, beautiful balance and a long fruity finish with a peach taste. Just delicious! -
AOC Côtes de Bourg - Rouge Assemblage : 84% Merlot, 10% Caberrnet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc Cuvée tradition de la propriété, ce vin exalte des arômes de fruits noirs révélant toute la rondeur du Merlot et la subtile tannicité du Cabernet. Les arômes oscillent entre le croquant, le fumé et l’épicé et en font un vin de caractère. La bouche est ample, la finale est élégante avec une pointe de fermeté bien ajustée.
