Version Française Une version plus complexe et plus en texture du Sauvignon Blanc. Cette cuvée provient d'une parcelle des vignobles de Dog Point, utilisant les mêmes bas rendements de vignes plantées en 1992. La vendange est manuelle, les grappes entières sont pressées et mise en fermentation avant d'être mise en barrique dans de vieilles barriques de chêne français pour 18 mois. Mise en bouteille sans collage.

English Version A fuller bodied, textural style of Sauvignon Blanc. This single vineyard parcel is situated within the Dog Point Vineyard, using the same low cropping level from vines planted in 1992. Fruit is hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented and aged in older French oak barrels for 18 months. Bottled without fining.
